We understand you would like for your gift to be a surprise. We are having gift packages returned to us because the recipient did not order or expect a package from Broadbent's. Once a package is returned to us, we are not liable for the cost of re-sending the package. Should the product be ruined due to it's time in transit we will not replace the product.
