At Broadbent, we strive for perfection, but we rely on the information you provide to get your order right. Please review the following terms regarding online order submissions:

By clicking 'Place Order,' you agree that your order will be completed as submitted. Modifications can only be made prior to shipment.

  • Order Completion: All orders are processed and completed exactly as submitted by the customer. Broadbent is not liable for errors made during the submission process, including but not limited to incorrect quantities, sizes, variations of products, or shipping addresses submitted by the customer.

  • Pre-Shipment Corrections: If you realize a mistake was made, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet entered the packing and shipping process, we will make every effort to work with you to correct the error.

  • Post-Shipment Policy: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any further modifications or cancellations. Re-routing the package in transit may be possible. Re-routing fees may apply. 

Pro Tip: Double-check your cart and shipping details before hitting "Submit." A quick 10-second review can save a lot of transit-time headaches!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If a product is returned due to an incorrect address, we will promptly notify the customer to obtain correct information and the customer will be billed charges for re-shipping the package. In the event that we are able to reroute your package in transit, UPS will charge us for doing this service. The charge will then be passed along to the customer if the address they have provided for us is not complete/ incorrect. Upon request, we will gladly provide you with a copy of this charge.

Sending A Gift? Please Advise The Recipient!
We understand you would like for your gift to be a surprise. We are having gift packages returned to us because the recipient did not order or expect a package from Broadbent's. Once a package is returned to us, we are not liable for the cost of  resending the package. Should the product be ruined due to its time in transit, we will not replace the product. We sincerely thank you for your cooperation.

Fraud & Security Policy

At Broadbent, we are committed to providing a safe and secure shopping environment for all our customers. To ensure the integrity of every transaction and to protect your personal information, we have implemented the following security measures.

Our Verification Process

All orders placed through our website undergo a rigorous automated and manual review process. We monitor for patterns that may indicate unauthorized card use or identity theft. If an order is flagged by our security system:

  • Temporary Hold: The order will be placed on a temporary "Verification Hold."
  • Customer Outreach: Our team will contact you via the email address or phone number provided to verify the transaction.
  • Verification Requirements: In some cases, we may require additional information to confirm the identity of the cardholder or the validity of the shipping address.

Right to Cancel

Broadbent reserves the right to cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal. If we are unable to verify the transaction within 24-48 hours of the initial outreach, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Protecting Your Information

Please note: Broadbent staff will never ask you to provide your full credit card number or CVV code via email. All sensitive payment details should only be discussed over a secure phone line with our verified customer service representatives.
