Shipping policy

When will your package ship? We ship every Monday-Wednesday. This allows our products to travel directly to our customers, and helps to avoid the packages sitting in hot warehouses or trucks during the weekends. If your package can ship on a Tuesday or Wednesday and arrive before the weekend, it will ship. If not, it will be held until the following Monday.

BROADBENT'S SHIPPING POLICIES:

All online orders will be shipped via UPS, as the order was submitted to us through our online website. Customers can select from standard ground shipping and a variety of expedited options. 

Please note: UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you have a PO BOX Address, your order will be converted to the Postal Service, and your shipping rate may change based on the rates quoted to us by the Postal Service. Packages going to Alaska and Hawaii will also be shipped through the Postal Service. 

 * We can ship to APO's and DPO's! These orders will ship via post office as well. If you are shipping to an APO or DPO, please give us a call at 1-800-841-2202. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If a product is returned due to an incorrect address, we will promptly notify the customer to obtain correct information and the customer will be billed charges for re-shipping the package. In the event that we are able to reroute your package in transit, UPS will charge us for doing this service. The charge will then be passed along to the customer if the address they have provided for us is not complete/ incorrect. Upon request, we will gladly provide you with a copy of this charge.

*Any items indicated as Perishable will automatically be shipped Second Day Air if the shipping address is outside our two-day shipping range.
