Our Grandma Broadbent's Hickory Smoked Country Pork Sausage is Pre-sliced and ready to fry! These patties are packed in a food-grade white box, with wax paper between each layer of patties. Each box contains 30 patties. Place the box in the freezer for easiest storage. These patties can be taken directly from the freezer to the skillet to fry. Nitrite Free. (Contains MSG).

Do Not Be Alarmed If Your Products Arrive Warm.

Broadbent Country Sausage is a dry cured product and will be salty in nature. It is good outside refrigeration for up to 10 days. To achieve the ultimate shelf life and quality of this product, we recommend placing the whole box of patties in the freezer, and removing the patties as needed from the box to cook. They will last up to 9 months frozen. These patties can also be refrigerated for up to 2-3 months. All products are USDA inspected and meet all USDA shipping requirements for safety.
