Broadbent White Bean Soup Mix

One 15oz. package of White Beans and special seasonings. Basket Bounty makes the best White Beans! Add our Kentucky Country Ham and water, and cook according to the simple directions included!

Contents: White Beans, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Paprika, and Thyme.

White Bean Soup Instructions:

Wash 1 and 1/2 cups of beans. Soak beans in cold water overnight. Drain water and put beans in stock pot along with 2 quarts of fresh water. Add remaining ingredients: 1 cup onion, chopped. Country Ham Pieces to taste, and Seasoning Packet. Bring to boil, then cover and reduce heat. Simmer over low heat for about 2 and 1/2 hours. If mixture becomes too dry, add another 1/2 cup of water.
