Sweet & Tangy Mustard

Broadbent Sweet & Tangy Mustard. 8oz Jars.

Our very own recipe! Tangy, thick, and slightly sweet. This mustard is great alongside our Country Ham, on a sandwich, Burgers, Hot Dogs, or as a dip for Pretzels. WARNING...It's so good, it's addicting!

Recipe: Broadbent Deli Wraps

Ingredients: 4 slices of Broadbent Bacon, cooked. (Any Flavor!) 1/3 cup of Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded. 1 tsp of Sweet Dillies Pickles, diced. 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp Sweet & Tangy Mustard, 2 flour tortillas (10 inches) warmed, 2 slices of Deli Ham, 2 slices of Smoked Turkey Breast, 2/3 cup shredded lettuce, and 1 medium tomato, chopped.

Directions: In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, mustard, sugar, pickles, and a small pinch of salt. Spread this mixture evenly on both tortillas. Layer each tortilla with 2 slices of bacon, 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of turkey, and cheese. Top with lettuce and tomato. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpick if necessary.

Take these wraps with you on your family picnic, hiking trip, or for a delicious school lunch!
