Nothing says "Southern Comfort" better than a warm pot of  Beans and Cornbread!  Jazz it up with some Kentucky Country Ham, Smoked Bacon, and our Mild Pepper Relish. This combo includes 3 Ragin' Cajun Soup Mixes, (Blackeye Peas, 10 Bean Soup, and White Beans.) 2 lbs. of Country Ham Seasoning Pieces & 1 lb. of Smoked Bacon Pieces, Cornbread Mix and a 10 oz. Jar of Mild Pepper Relish.

Do Not Be Alarmed If Your Products Arrive Warm.

Broadbent Country Ham and Bacon is Salt-Cured and will be Salty in Nature. These products are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration. They have a shelf life of 3 months outside refrigeration. To achieve the ultimate shelf life and quality of this product, we recommend refrigerating it for up to 6 months. This product is also freezable for up to 12 months. All products are USDA inspected and meet all USDA shipping requirements for safety.

Corn Bread Instructions:

For Ol' Fashioned Cornbread; Combine one package of mix plus 1 and 1/2 cup and 2 Tbsp. water. Blend until smooth. Pour into a greased pan. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 26 minutes at 400 degrees.

Corn Muffins: Combine one package of mix plus 2 and 1/4 cups of water. Stir enough to moisten. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full with batter. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.

Cornbread Ingredients: Yellow Corn Meal, Wheat Flour, Salt, Dextrose, Shortening, Butter-milk Powder, Powdered Eggs, Baking Powder.
