Broadbent Cornbread Mix (TWO-5.5oz Bags)

Another famous product from our historic water powered flour mill - the oldest commercial mill in Kentucky! There's nothing like Home-Made Cornbread with a pot of Beans or your favorite Soup!

Directions:

Ol' Fashioned Cornbread: One package of mix plus 1 and 1/2 cup and 2 Tbsp of water. Blend until smooth. Pour into a greased pan, and bake in a pre-heated oven for 26 minutes at 400 degrees.

Corn Muffins: One package of mix plus 2 and 1/4 cups of water. Stir enough to moisten. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full with batter. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 30 Delicious Corn Muffins!
