Broadbent's Uncooked Country Ham and Smoked Bacon are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration. The shelf life is up to 3 months. To achieve the ultimate shelf life of the products, we recommend refrigerating the Uncooked Country Ham and Smoked Bacon for up to 6 months. These products are also freezable for up to 12 months. All products are USDA inspected daily, and meet all USDA shipping requirements for safety.
