Experience the ultimate collision of two smokehouse legends. Our Bacon Fat Cured Ham is a masterclass in patience and flavor, combining our award-winning country ham with the rich, savory essence of our world-famous hickory smoked bacon.
The process begins with our classic Broadbent Country Ham, aged for nine months to develop its deep, traditional character. At the peak of its initial aging, we hand-coat each ham in a thick layer of our own rendered Broadbent Bacon Fat. The hams are then returned to the aging room for an additional five months.
During this final 14-month journey, the bacon fat acts as a natural sealant and flavor infuser, allowing the ham to mellow while absorbing the subtle, salty richness of the hickory-smoked bacon.
